The apartment price includes the laundry, water and electricity consumption. The appointed prices refer to a stay of at least four days, in case of shorter stays or at particular seasons ( Christmas, Carnival, etc.), higher prices may be applied. The booked stays will also be charged in case af an earlier departure.
